Metal Halls and Steel Structures

Tilt BG Ltd designs, manufactures and constructs metal halls, industrial facilities, warehouses, car service centres, logistics centres and commercial premises. The company operates its own production facility and undertakes projects throughout Bulgaria and abroad.

Steel structures are erected using either bolted connections or welding. Bolted connections allow for subsequent dismantling and relocation of the structure to a different site. Dismantling and installation services are also available for both new and second-hand metal structures.

The construction process comprises the following stages:

Defining the intended use and technical requirements
Preparation of a custom or standard design and obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals
Fabrication of the steel structure with concurrent execution of civil works
Installation of columns, purlins, rafters and thermopanels for the roof and walls
Installation of internal systems — electrical, plumbing, heating and fire protection

The company also offers the fabrication and installation of anchor devices, supply of wall and roof thermopanels, sandwich panels with foam or rock wool insulation, as well as the manufacture of both standard and custom metal products.
